We Deliver Service

Hyland Equipment Company has been providing quality service for over 20 years. Our highly trained service technicians and large parts inventory department together provide you with quick and reliable service. We always provide estimates for repairs so there are no surprises. And Hyland uses only approved parts. We also provide on-site training for every machine or system we sell to extend the life of our units and keep your repair costs down. Service agreements are available. If your power wash unit is mobile, we will provide pick-up and delivery. We also have reconditioned units for your use while we repair or replace your older units.

Service Agreement
A Service Agreement is provided with the initial purchase of any Hyland manufactured machines or Hotsy power wash units. The agreement covers routine inspections and gives the customer's company priority service and repair. Pricing is established by the type and use of machines. Renewals are available. New contracts require an initial equipment/use valuation visit. Based on that visit a service agreement proposal is developed and presented.

Loaners
Hyland has many reconditioned power wash machines available that can be loaned for a fee while customer equipment is being repaired. While we design and manufacture a Hylander ultrafiltration system, we have a smaller "demo" ultrafiltration system available for the customer to use as long as it is adaptable to customer needs. The Hyland Custom machines are all unique and require repair from our technicians.

Pick-up and Delivery
If a machine is mobile, we will pick up and deliver the machine to the customer's location. Larger machines need to be serviced and repaired on-site.

Repair Quotations
For a fee, we prepare a repair quotation for the customer's approval prior to beginning any repair work. We have reasonable labor rates and a large inventory of quality parts to insure proper and timely repair.

Training
We provide quality training to assist the customer in operating and self-maintaining the machinery. This instruction includes preventive service procedures to help maintain the life of the equipment and get the best performance during operation.
