Dirty water is fed through a process tank.

Chemical pumps add coagulant, pH control chemicals and a flocculent into the waste stream.
|
| » |
Pressurized air is dissolved into the solution by the special DAF pump.
|
| » |
When the water enters the Redux Clarifier, the pressure is released into atmospheric
pressure and tiny bubbles form.
|
| » |
Solids and coagulated materials are carried to the surface by the bubbles, while clean water flows
from the bottom of the Clarifier and redirected back into the process tank.
|
| » |
Contaminants accumulate in the top of the Clarifier, eventually being forced out the top and
into a solids collection tank for future treatment.
